For Aaron Beaugh, a career at Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) has never been about standing still. As a District Manager based in Broussard, Louisiana, he has spent 18 years building his career across roles and locations—while staying grounded in the people and purpose that have kept him here.

Today, Aaron leads operations for the DRILCO® product line in South Louisiana, where no two weeks look the same.

Aaron’s journey began in 2008 at a hiring event in Lafayette, Louisiana. What started as a short-term opportunity quickly grew into something more, taking him through roles in engineering, sales, and operations across multiple locations before eventually bringing him back home to South Louisiana.

Looking back, Aaron credits that variety with helping him understand how the business works as a whole, giving him a strong sense of ownership and a clear view of how each part contributes to overall success.

What has kept him at WIS for nearly two decades is simple: the people. Aaron shares that he originally planned to stay in the oilfield for only a few years, but the relationships he built changed that. Being surrounded by supportive, caring colleagues made it clear he was already where he belonged.

That sense of belonging is matched by a culture focused on growth. Aaron describes a constant drive to improve and evolve, along with a role that continues to change day by day—something he finds especially rewarding.
